Our fee structure is based on market research into local competition and we aim to make any fee as fair as possible for all parties.
Fee Schedule (Lettings)
Student Administration Fee: £260.00 Incl VAT per person, includes property inventory, checkout as well as your guarantor reference and deed. Please note in the first instance any fee payment acts to remove the property from the market and remains so while references take place, as such this payment is deemed non refundable should you or a member of your party pull out.
